Your information.
Your privacy.

Who we are

Design CTI is the creative and digital services business operated by Massimo Perian. We are responsible for the personal information you give us for enquiries. Contact info@designcti.co.uk with privacy questions.

Information we receive

When you enquire by email, our website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, chosen service and enquiry. Our current Meta lead form does not ask for a phone number. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to reply by email, understand your requirements, prepare quotes and manage the resulting conversation or project. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we process information for those steps. For other business enquiries, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests about our services. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a newsletter.

How forms work

The website enquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. You must send the email yourself; the website does not automatically submit the enquiry. Meta instant forms submit your information through Meta, where it becomes available to Design CTI. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, one.com provides business email and Meta provides Facebook and Instagram lead forms. These services process information needed to deliver their services, including technical information such as IP addresses and connection logs. Their processing may involve countries outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements. See the notices for Cloudflare, one.com and Meta for their processing details. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for the time needed to handle your request and related follow-up. When deciding whether it is still needed, we consider whether the conversation is active, whether a project or dispute follows, and any legal or accounting obligations. Information required for a client contract and its records may be needed longer. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Providing details is voluntary, but we need an email address to reply. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@designcti.co.uk to make a request or raise a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Website technology

The current website code does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting services may process technical data to deliver and protect the site. Links to social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Changes

We will update this notice if our handling of enquiry information changes.
